1. Raw Materials Area and Storage
The raw zone of JSC “Savushkin Product” includes 160 farms in the Brest region, which are located near the National Park “Belovezhskaya Pushcha”, which indicates the ecological purity of our raw materials. Immediately after milking, the milk is cooled off, without giving the pathogenic microflora a single chance to develop. Hence the high quality of our raw materials: more than 95% of the incoming milk corresponds to the "Extra" category and meets the highest standards. Constant work with the raw area farms allows us to produce food all year-round using fresh cow's milk of exceptionally high quality.

Raw Milk Delivery
The first milk quality test takes place in the farms of the raw material zone. Successfully tested raw materials are sent to the tanks of branded milk refrigerator trucks, which are immediately sealed. All trucks are equipped with navigators that allows us to control the current location of all the vehicles during their travel.

Quality Control
Only after the employees of our company’s incoming control laboratory approve the integrity of the seal on the tanks with delivered milk, sampling and strict control of raw materials is carried out in the compliance with 50 quality parameters. Using modern laboratory equipment at all production sites, allows us accurately and efficiently conduct research of incoming raw materials. Only 100% safe and pure milk is used to recycle.

Natural Ingredients
The “Savushkin Product” company has never work with reconstituting dried milk even for a single day. Taking care of our consumers’ health, we use only natural ingredients without the addition of artificial colors and flavors in the production process.

“Savushkin Product’’ is 90% automated factory. The absence of contact with the external environment and human during the process of production allows us to ensure maximum safety of our dairy products and guarantee the high quality of the finished products.

Eco-friendly Production
We not only use precautionary approach for the milk processing, but also pay attention to the environmental preservation. The "Savushkin Product" production is waste-free. We completely reprocess "by-products" of the production (cheese and cottage cheese whey, buttermilk), turning them into a competitive and in-demand product on the market. Our company closely monitors the environmental friendliness of its production.

Efficient Logistics System
Having received a quality certificate after the following laboratory control, shipments of finished products arrive at a unique logistics center. The workflow is fully automated, what eliminates any errors in the formation of the cargo and sending it to the buyers. Products are loaded into the refrigerated trucks and delivered to sales branches and supermarket chains, while keeping temperatures from +2 to +6 degrees. Thus, cool chain maintenance are fully under our control from the delivers of raw materials to distribution of supplies.
